Dillon and Josh booked INDUSTRY’s month-of coordination service to help pull all of their wedding day details together.
The grooms decided they needed more assistance during a meeting with their INDUSTRY Client Concierge, Alisa, and immediately upgraded to month-of coordination, making Alisa their planner.
Fast-forward to their wedding day: The couple dedicated to have an off-site brunch with family and friends before getting ready. Once they arrived at INDUSTRY, everyone got ready together in our client suite.
Once hair and makeup was complete, the party headed out for photos. Dillon and Josh were going for a ‘lighter and brighter’ photography vibe, so outdoor locations including Monument Circle, the Bottleworks district on Mass Ave, and a bridge near the Indiana State Museum worked perfectly!
Back at INDUSTRY, Alisa and her team, along with the couple’s vendors, worked to bring the grooms’ garden vision to life. The space was filled with bright florals and copper accents, and each place setting had a note from the couple.
Before their ceremony began, the couple played their proposal video for all of their guests to watch. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house! The couple brought in a bottle of wine for the unity ritual during their ceremony.
From their ceremony script: “They shall place the bottle of wine into this box. And now we ceremoniously seal this box as a time capsule of their young love and full of the joy surrounding us on this day. The couple will display this box in their home as a constant reminder of this day, but will not open it until their 10th wedding anniversary!”
When Dillon and Josh originally booked INDUSTRY, the one thing they wished our space had was an outdoor area. They were fully prepared to pull something together, but INDUSTRY’s brand new patio space was ready just in time for their big day!
Guests enjoyed cocktail hour outside in the beautiful Spring sunshine!
Josh and Dillon made an epic grand entrance to their reception, which their guests loved — but theirs wasn’t the only epic entrance!
The couple had arranged for surprise drag performances by MJ Banks, followed by Blair St. Clair from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 10 & All Stars Season 5.
The crowd loved the performances, and this was such a unique addition to their day.
After the performances, everyone enjoyed a delicious plated dinner by A Cut Above Catering, and then danced the night away!
The evening ended with a romantic sparkler send-off. Congratulations, Dillon and Josh!
