What is the maximum capacity?
We can accommodate 200 guests seated and 300 guests for a standing event.
Who is responsible for event set-up and clean-up?
Your vendors will handle set-up and remove what they brought into the venue. We include clean-up (sweeping, mopping, bathrooms) in your rental. You are responsible for trash pick-up.
Do you provide tables, linens, chairs, bars or glassware?
We do provide tables and chairs for your use for up to 200 guests. Our farmhouse tables do not require linens but we can help coordinate renting these if you’d like them. We offer a range of decor items like draping and hedge walls to customize your event . All our bar packages include physical bars and plasticware. We also offer glassware as an optional add-on.
Is there parking available?
We have a lot available for free parking just outside our doors.
Is there a kitchen available for catering?
We have a prep kitchenette available equipped with stainless steel countertops, an ice machine, a small fridge, and a compartment sink. However, all cooking is to be done outside. Should you need a large amount of ice, please notify us in advance. Having the caterer bring in their own bags of ice may be required.
