At INDUSTRY, we pride ourselves on crafting unforgettable wedding experiences that reflect the unique personalities and dreams of each couple. Bailey and Josh’s wedding was a perfect example of this, showcasing their desire for a stunning boho-chic aesthetic, and a fun, intimate atmosphere.
Bailey and Josh didn’t want a long engagement and opted for a 828 Planning’s Partial Planning package to help them bring everything together in a shorter time frame. This approach was perfect for them as they were eager to tie the knot and needed focused assistance with the design. With a clear vision in mind, they knew they wanted a unique spin on the boho theme—an all-white and tan palette, without the usual green and terracotta elements.
A Dreamy Design and DIY Touches
One of the standout features of their decor was the DIY rattan lighting installation above the parent table, inspired by 828 Planner, Alisa. This creative touch, though not actual lights, added a whimsical and elegant focal point in the center of the room.
Their choice to keep the event casual and fun was evident from the moment guests arrived. The open seating arrangement allowed for a relaxed atmosphere, complemented by charcuterie and champagne during guest arrival. As the evening progressed, guests enjoyed delicious pizza on the patio, creating the laid-back vibe Bailey and Josh wanted.
The ceremony itself was incredibly intimate, with only the bride, groom, and officiant at the altar. This simplicity highlighted the profound connection between Bailey and Josh, making the moment all the more special.
The dessert bar was a sweet tooth’s dream, featuring an array of cupcakes, cookies, and macarons. To welcome their guests in style, Bailey and Josh utilized INDUSTRY’s hedge walls adorned with a “Let’s Party” neon sign, transforming it into a champagne wall for welcome drinks.
The couple also took advantage of various rental items from INDUSTRY, including the hedge walls, neon sign, photo booth (complete with a client-provided Fathead of their dog, Oliver), sparkler exit, wooden geometric arch, and macrame swings. Each element contributed to a memorable and personalized celebration.
A Personal Connection
“Working with Bailey and Josh was an absolute joy. Throughout the planning process, we developed a strong bond, feeling more like family than clients. Our final meeting before the big day was a testament to this connection—we met at a brewery near both of our homes, my husband included, and shared a drink. It was a fun and relaxed evening, a perfect prelude to their beautiful wedding,” said Alisa.
“I’m grateful to still run into Bailey occasionally at Orange Theory, and every time, it reminds me of the wonderful time we spent planning their wedding.”
Bailey and Josh’s wedding at INDUSTRY was a magical blend of elegance, intimacy, and fun. From the stunning boho-chic decor to the heartfelt moments shared with family and friends, every detail was meticulously planned to create a day that was uniquely theirs. It was an honor to be part of their journey, and we wish them a lifetime of happiness and love.
