Getting Here Should Be the Easy Part
Getting your guests to INDUSTRY has never been easier. With a dedicated on-site parking lot that accommodates most events with guest counts of 200 or less, arriving is seamless from the moment they pull in. Need more space? Overflow parking is available in a paid lot directly south of the building, and parking attendants are available for larger events. And for guests who prefer to leave the driving to someone else, INDUSTRY is easily accessible by rideshare. No stress, no hassle — just guests walking in ready to give, connect, and celebrate.

Frequently Asked Questions
We provide tables (no linens needed!) and chairs for your use for up to 200 guests. If you would like linens, they are available through our epic vendor rental partners or your vendor of choice. We offer a range of decor items like draping and arches at an additional cost to customize your event.
INDUSTRY has onsite parking that accommodates most parties with guest counts of 200 or less. With a 24-hour space rental, cars may be left in the lot overnight provided that they are picked up before 10am. Overflow parking is available in a paid lot directly South of the building. Parking attendants are available pending your event details – ask your Client concierge for more information! Generally events that expect fewer than 100 vehicles will not necessitate usage of a parking attendant.
Your vendors will typically handle the set-up and removal of whatever they bring to the venue. And not to worry, clean-up (sweeping, mopping, bathrooms) is included in your rental fee. For any additional needs, our planning services are a great way to help provide you with that extra hand.
We are happy to recommend an AV or DJ partner.
Yes, but first we must get approval to receive donated product from an alcohol manufacturer, wholesaler, etc for a bona fide charity. Please speak to our Beverage Manager about forms and approval process. It is an easy procedure!
